4K video is the future, but should I care today? I’ve noticed a few 4K TVs around, but I can’t afford them. And most of the channels on Foxtel (for the non Aussie folks, they are the primary pay TV provider around this part of the world) aren’t even HD yet! If you are after a very basic explanation of what 4K is, then it’s nothing more than content having horizontal resolution in the order of 4,000 pixels. In our latest Envato’s Most Wanted event, VideoHive authors submited Element 3D items to be entered into a Best Item Contest. We had some excellent quality submissions and an amazing response. Thanks to the VideoHive reviewers who helped with the voting, we can now reveal the winners!
When it comes to making your very own scary movie this Halloween, audio and video go hand-in-hand. We’re challenging the Envato Marketplaces community to name the most spine-chilling soundtracks from the world’s scariest films and TV shows. Get involved (if you dare).
It’s not too late to complete your own Halloween video greeting or indie horror flick. It’s all here – skilfully-crafted After Effects openers and titles, haunting stock footage, transitions, plus heart-pounding music to match.
