Love chatting on the forums? Looking for a way of getting to know authors from other marketplaces? We’ve just added a global Off-Topic section to our forums.

Community Manager Jordan McNamara announced the new addition today:

This means that like the All Marketplace topic, threads posted here will be visible on all Marketplaces. I put a request in for this a while ago so that people from different Marketplaces, who may not interact very often will be able to get to know each other a little better and so we can have more general discussions which capture our entire community!

The site-by-site off-topic sections stay the same.

Sound like fun? The section is just a few hours old, and already contains 31 posts in threads such as “Whoa a new forum section,” “What’s the point…?”, “What NASA found on Mars,” and “Enjoying it.”

So head to the forums and join in the chit chat. Just make sure you’re off-topic!
