For the second time in only 2 months the Marketplace monthly earnings record has been broken.

Envato would like to extend a congratulations to popular Elite author Peerapong for demolishing the previously held monthly Marketplace sales record of $47,000  in withdrawable earnings made in one month.

Last month, Peerapong – beat the record mentioned above and achieved more than $52,000 in withdrawable earnings for the month of November! Don’t forget folks, we’re talking about one month here. We are overjoyed for Peerapong’s success. Peerapong is the first author in Envato Marketplace history to earn more than $50,000 in one month.

  7. Josh McCoy on the 5th December

I’m sorry, but Peerapong is very rude, non-personable, and needs to work on his people skills. He’s a great developer though, and knows how to make some creative themes.

My name is Josh McCoy from Springfield Mo, and I leave a fair and accurate comment.

  8. HahnCreativeGroup on the 6th December

  10. Anonymous on the 6th December

This is amazing, although I feel it invaded one’s privacy to report on how much money they make.

power to the pennies that unconsciously add up. perfect example of provisioning the masses with a quality product, aka ‘build-it-and-they-will-com’.

kudos to perapong, kudos to envato. together an inspiration to us all.

Peerapong has HORRIBLE SUPPORT and is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never buy anything from him again and CATION anyone from purchasing his work based on his TERRIBLE SUPPORT and POOR ATTITUDE!

This was his response to my support ticket on Theme Goods:

“I am afraid you don’t have the right attitude and being rude and insolent from your message.

May be you don’t know, but we are NOT obliged to give support – However, we always do it for the purchasers with the right attitude.”

    Unacceptable.

    • Ryan on the 26th July

I’ve had similar experiences from this author and I tend to agree with you Seppe.

I have really tried to be as polite and gracious as can be but it seems this author loathes product support whereas I have had much more positive customer service experiences with other authors (i.e. WP Titans).

If you don’t really like to give customer support, make this very clear before people buy. Yes peerapong has awesome design and development talent but could lift his game somewhat on customer service. ja

Persistant and pesky customers tend to upset all of us from time to time – but we need to work on a win-win solution that is beneficial to all parties (that leaves no one with a bad taste in their mouth). Leaving customers with negative experiences (whoever is at fault) could ultimately hurt your brand and your image.
