We have a few hardware upgrades to our servers and network infrastructure coming up, to improve marketplace performance and reliability.

Unfortunately that means the Marketplaces will have some scheduled down time over the next few weeks.

The first of these will be tomorrow (Friday the 6th of July) between midday and 1PM AEST. We expect the marketplaces will only be off the air for about 5 minutes of that hour, but if anything unforseen happens it may be longer.

We’ll keep everyone updated about any other scheduled down time as we organise it, keep an eye on the Envato Twitter account and Notes for updates.

For anyone who’s interested in the technical details, this outage is to remove our old load balancer from our network. We’re now running a new firewall and load balancer, which gives us better security and faster site performance.
