All About the Improved Forum and Community Rules!
One of the key factors that we believe has lead to the success of Envato and the marketplaces is our commitment to transparency and our openness to feedback given by our users. As our community, sites, and marketplaces grow, there is a natural need for the guidelines and rules to evolve and grow with them.
The Envato Community is something we cherish and value everyday, and in order to best reflect that and our dedication to remaining open with our users, we’d like to share the new forum and community rules with you!
Anti-Censorship, Pro Feedback
We’ve always been of the thought that there is value in any feedback given to us, and the updated rules and community stress this point. Our authors and users are the lifeblood of Envato and we value all feedback very seriously. The forums will be more open than ever to provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, off topic chat, whatever the community likes!
Community Mods are Here to Help!
You’ll note in the update rules and guidelines that we link to and mention each one of the Marketplace Community Moderators. The Moderators are here to help and to steer threads in the proper direction. If you have a question, don’t hesitate to ask!
All About Fun!
Lastly, the forums and community is a place where you can have fun and meet others interested in the same topics. In addition, participating in the forums and having a positive effect on the community will make you eligible for the forum or community superstar badge. This will also allow you to catch some of the awesome competitions that are run frequently across the marketplaces. We invite you to join the marketplace community and enjoy all the benefits it has to offer!

Shouldn’t there be a rule that says English only for forums? I’ve came across some spanish pretty often and some other languages as well which pretty much left out of conversation the majority of our community.
