Sam and Niko Give a YouTube Shout Out to VideoHive
Sam and Niko are a video studio who make fun videos on YouTube. They recently released a “behind the scenes” video of one of their projects (embedded above), and give a great shout out to VideoHive.
They mention how much time and money VideoHive saved their project, and how useful they find the site. It’s great to hear producers getting the news out about our Marketplaces like this.
And now for my shout outs.
Thanks to Mark Brodhuber for passing on the story to us, and to Mocarg for mentioning it in this forum thread.

The Envato Awards are here! It’s time to celebrate the best items of 2012.
Head to the Envato Awards page and check out the Marketplaces’ best selling files in 2012. We are rolling out the red carpet and we want you to get involved. The best part is, you get to choose the winners! Vote on your favorite item and decide what items will be the best of the best.

Introducing the Envato Account Center
Jess gave you a sneak peek earlier in the month, but now the wait is over—single sign-on has been activated this afternoon, 25/02/13 1:00PM AEDT.
If you didn’t catch the recent Notes post, here’s the news in a nutshell: We’re moving to a centralized system for sign-in and account management, starting with the Marketplaces. This single sign-on will then be extended to other Envato services like Microlancer, announced by Collis last week. It’ll be fewer usernames, passwords and sign-in boxes, and a step towards uniting our Envato sites and services!
